Users must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental consent to create an account on WeSellAll. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Ad Listing Rules & Prohibited Items
Sellers must ensure all posted advertisements contain accurate descriptions, pricing, and authentic photographs of the items offered. WeSellAll prohibits the listing of illegal goods, stolen property, firearms, counterfeit products, or fraudulent services.
We reserve the right to remove any advertisement, suspend accounts, or report suspicious listings to law enforcement authorities without prior notice.
3. Subscription Plans & Payments
WeSellAll offers optional premium promotional packages (such as Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Fastest Finger placements). All subscription fees are paid via authorized payment gateways (e.g. Flutterwave, Paystack). Fees are non-refundable once listing features have been activated.
4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
WeSellAll provides a multi-vendor venue connecting independent buyers and sellers. We do not take ownership of products listed by third-party merchants, nor do we act as an escrow agent unless explicitly stated. Users conduct transactions at their own discretion and risk.
5. Amendments & Contact
